St. Paul, MN, November 19, 2015 — Apex Revenue Technologies is the recipient of the Minnesota High Tech Association’s 2015 Tekne Award in the Software—Small and Growing Companies category. The award specifically honors Apex Connect, the software platform Apex launched last year to help healthcare providers apply a modern approach that helps healthcare financial leaders engage patients by matching financial communications and payment options to patient needs for better financial results.
The Minnesota High Tech Association’s prestigious Tekne award program, now in its 16th year, honors “Minnesota companies and organizations committed to advancements in technology and science.” Apex CEO Brian Kueppers and a group of four additional members of Apex’s senior management team attended the award ceremony yesterday evening at the Minneapolis Convention Center.
“Technology is responsible for some of the most monumental changes in society today, and Minnesota continues to contribute to these advancements,” said Margaret Anderson Kelliher, president and CEO of MHTA. “With the innovations and achievements of this year’s Tekne Award recipients and STEM scholars, Minnesota continues to prove it’s a leader in the science and technology industry.” For details on the 2016 program, including categories and other winners, visit the Minnesota High Tech Association’s website.
In its award announcement, the Minnesota High Tech Association wrote:
“Apex Revenue Technologies provides billing- and payment-related financial services to healthcare providers and financial services clients. In 2014, Apex launched its Apex Connect™ platform, a powerful and dynamic communications engine that leverages patient-centric data to improve payment results – building a unique patient profile to deliver the right message at the right place at the right time. This approach allows healthcare organizations to engage patients with communications that are tailored to their specific financial needs and delivered via their preferred channels.”
The Apex Connect platform builds unique patient profiles to deliver the right message, at the right place, at the right time. It contains messaging libraries that dynamically target distinct patient segments to achieve desired results – then delivers those messages at multiple patient touchpoints throughout the revenue cycle. Results are tracked and easy to monitor with dashboard analytics, allowing for ongoing improvements and maximized results.
Apex founder and CEO Brian Kueppers said, “We are proud to be a part of Minnesota’s bright future of technology innovation. Apex Connect™ is the result of hard work and visionary insights by Apex employees. Thank you to our entire team and also to our clients for partnering with us to address needs in the fast-evolving healthcare industry.”
This is Apex’s second Tekne award, having won for Technology Services & Consulting in 2011.
